The different types of predictive dialers

A predictive dialer is used by call centers and telemarketers and agents to spend their time talking on the phone to potential customers rather than dialing a number or wait for someone to connect to live. They use a software algorithm that tries to predict future agent will be finished now call so they can take their new call. Like many phone calls will not be picked up or go to the answering machine, the dialer software predictive started calling out before the agents of the phone.
