In today's world and 98% of the population has a mobile phone, and everyone has a land line at home (I still remember that our neighbor is a rotary phone, before my father could buy one, lol) we are always technical or physical contact, we have develop an attitude that if we're looking for someone to be accurate only affordable range.

The only thing we forget is that customers think we are living in the same environment and have the same position, even if we try to take into account, it seems always not worth the time, money and effort it cost to implement because it involves very advanced phone system working , and the sky high phone bills.

Now that the basic concept of VoIP PBX contacts are always available for small business, you can have a full phone system with IVR / Auto boys (not only provides a great feeling, it's true, then you can see what you want your caller before you answer the call) , Ring groups / Hunt List, Queues / Agents (allows to control the flow of callers), SMS notification VM (immediately after someone leaves you a text message to the caller ID message info) VoiceMail via email (to receive your voice messages via email, as attachments so you can listen on the fly).

Additional features for people everywhere are FindMe FollowMe (caller to leave you at multiple phone numbers, and all the choices rang once or if you are not available the next one should try and avoid the selection box VoiceMail rural), and Transfer Back (when the phone is answered by a rural telephone you can still transfer back to your office, if you are in office to transfer to another extension).

And many more features for the price.
